The location was perfect as it was right at the center of this city and just a block from the main plaza. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. We loved the outdoor loft area where we could relax and enjoy the view. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we had a misunderstanding about the rate. They did everything they could to make us happy, even when the manager was less accommodating.
Can't think of anything.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the historic center and main attractions of the city. One of the best features of this place is the outdoor loft area where guests can relax and enjoy the views. the rooms are nicely decorated with colonial-style and some have a pleasant view of the courtyard. Breakfast is served on a delightful, upper-level terrace with personal attention from the staff.
The room could be quite noisy late into the night, as it is located near a busy street.

Perfect Location & Antique decor Located just a few blocks from the main attractions, this small boutique hotel offers a perfect location to explore the city. the antique decoration in the rooms adds a unique touch to the atmosphere. the beds are so comfortable that you can enjoy a good rest after a long day of sightseeing. the continental breakfast included is very good, and you can ask for delicious local dishes like green chilaquiles.
Occasional Noise and High Prices Although the location is excellent, be prepared to hear some noise from the street and church bells. the size of the hotel is small, but the prices are a little bit high compared to what is offered, especially when considering extra services like shipping.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of a bustling town. the staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring that all of our luxurious needs were fulfilled. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, with exclusive amenities and a relaxing Jacuzzi. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for enjoying breakfast and taking in the stunning views.
The only minor issue we had was with the noise level at night due to the hotel's central location. this was easily manageable and did not detract from our overall experience.

Great service from friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were stunning, with beautiful antique furnishings and comfortable beds with soft sheets. The location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the main plaza. We loved the private courtyard and the views from the rooftop patio.
The lack of comfortable seating in the courtyard for reading. , while breakfast was good, it wasn't exceptional.
